William “Bill” passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014. He was born on November 20, 1936 in Colville, WA to George and Edith (Gumm) Fischer. He worked as a machinist with Barber Engineering. He and his wife, Ruby, lived in Spokane most of their adult lives. He is survived by son Ted (Mary Ellen) Fischer; daughter Teri (Mark) Rex; one brother George (Thelma) Fischer; two sisters, Edith (Craig) Snyder, and Helen Fischer; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service with Pastor Audie Stigall presiding on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at 1:00pm in the Chapel at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home, 5100 W. Wellesley Ave., Spokane, WA.
