Suzanne March

Suzanne March went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 3, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. She passed away surrounded by family and friends. The cancer may have taken her body but her spirit and grace remained untouched. She was born in Spokane, Washington on February 27, 1948 to Ralph and Dorothea Stockton. Suzanne attended Mary Cliff and graduated from Shadle Park High School in 1966. After graduating she married her first husband and had three children Michelle, Scott, and Eric. Shortly after her divorce she met and married the love of her life, Gary March, in 1983, and added her much loved stepson Trevor to the family. They spent their life together in Spokane, and built their dream home on Long Lake in 1994. Suzanne loved gardening, reading, time on the lake, long walks on the farm, family gatherings at the house, and most of all, being a wife, mother and grandmother. She had a very special relationship with her three sisters and looked forward to their weekly bible studies and trips together. Suzanne’s unwavering faith in the lord throughout her life was inspirational to everyone around her. She was kind, giving, funny, beautiful, and graceful in everything she did. Suzanne touched so many lives, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Suzanne is survived by her loving husband Gary, her four children, Michelle (Rick) Brown, Scott (Lori) Kinney, Eric (Kara) Kinney, and Trevor (Jeanine) March, her nineteen grandchildren, and her sisters, Maryanne Ruff, Roseanne Bessermin, and Julie Lowe. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 10th at Indian Trail Church, 9010 North Indian Trail Road.
