Mikkelsen, Regina Kay“Gina” (Age 49)

Passed away peacefully April17, 2011, at Regency at Northpointe, Spokane, WA. She attended grade school in Kalispell, MT, graduated from Sammamish High school in Bellevue, WA, and attended Central Washington University. As a young woman she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Even when her body was failing, her smile and bright spirit remained strong and inspiring. Her father Floyd Mikkelsen preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother Florence; brother David (Melanie) Mikkelsen, nieces Katherine and Mallie; brother Douglas (Lynn) Mikkelsen, numerous aunts uncles and cousins, and special friend Lyle Lindgren. Many thanks to Dr. Jim Bingham and the staff of Regency at Northpointe for their devoted, loving care. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 29th, 11:00 A.M. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 418 West 19th Avenue, Spokane, Washington.
