Patrick Michael Chambers known to many as Twig, passed on May 13th, 2023 in Spokane, WA surrounded by his family and loved ones at Providence Sacred Heart. He resided in Spokane Washington and was excited as they were in the process of returning to his home town of Chehalis this summer, to be closer to family and friends. Patrick was known as many things, a Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Papa, and a soon to be Grandpa for his baby girl’s first child.
Patrick was born in Chehalis October 29, 1974 to Clyde and Betty Chambers, were he was raised and attended Napavine Baptist School, and graduated from WF West HS. Patrick was raised in a wonderful and loving home, creating a strong and unbreakable love and bond with his family and close friends. After high school, he attended Ecola Bible College in Cannon Beach, OR. Prior to attending Centralia Community College earning his associate degree in forestry.
During his time in high school, Patrick met and married his high school sweetheart, Vicky Lynn Norman. They started a family and had a wonderful daughter, Skylar, who they raised together is Chehalis. Patrick was a devoted father, and worked hard to give his baby girl everything he could. They went on many vacations and adventures creating lifelong memories.
Patrick worked at Northwest Hardwoods for 20 years, when he decided to challenge himself and started a new carrier path at Lewis County Public Works. He was dedicated and a hard worker, which created many opportunities for him. Patrick later moved from his hometown to Spokane, WA in 2019 and married his love and current wife Candice Campbell and adopted his son, Jonathan Neal Spahr Chambers. During his time there he furthered his career working at WSDOT and got a promotion, taking him back home to Chehalis.
He was a kind, strong, and loving husband, father, and stepfather. He was the rock of his family and friends, and the glue to ensure we all stayed the close loving family we are. You could always count on him to be a kind ear to listen and help with anything you ever needed. He was the person you could always count on to reach out and check on each and every one of us. Patrick was an organ donor and was able to help many others and will forever be remembered as someone who gave everything for others.
Patrick had a love for the water and hunting. His two favorite activities were being on the boat on the lake, or being out in the woods hunting. No matter what he was doing, what he loved more than anything, was doing these things with his family and friends.
Patrick is survived by his wife Candice and son Jonathan Chambers, daughter Skylar (Tim) Lemmon. His brother Shawn Chambers, and sisters Debbie (Tyler) Bagge, and Jodi (Kenny) Steele, his in-laws Neal (Leslie) Campbell, Andrea (Luis) Sanchez, Logan (Jenny) Campbell, Eric (Susy) Campbell, Ian (Karla) Campbell, and all his loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and so many more. He is preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Betty Chambers, and his grandparents Everett (Dorothy) Graham and Clyde (Bessie) Chambers.
A service will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 1:30 pm at the Jackson Prairie Church. Followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:30 pm at the Barn on Jackson.
