He was born to John Thomas Waters and Joan Singer on October 20, 1955, and passed away peacefully to heaven surrounded by family on Saturday, April 10, 2021 in Spokane, Washington.
A Veteran of the Gulf War, he served in the Air Force as a Technical Sergeant for 20 years. After, he served as a beloved Letter Carrier for USPS delivering mail and many smiles to children in his Santa Suit during the Christmas season until his retirement.
John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to many. He will lovingly be remembered by his wife, Narcisa Waters; children John Waters III, Eric Waters, Robert Waters, Diane Waters, and Liz Funk (Spencer); his two sisters Cathy and Maureen and nine grandchildren. He will forever be loved and missed by his family, friends and the many lives he touched with his generous, kind heart and vast amounts of unconditional love he gave to everyone.
