John was born on November 3, 1946 in Seattle WA. He graduated from the school of hard knocks, worked at Fiber Form Boats, Bayliner Boats and retired from Sacred Heart Hospital.
In 1978 John married Kathy Kemnitz and the couple had 3 children together. John and Kathy were very involved in all 3 kids lives and deeply valued family time spent together.
John enjoyed hunting, fishing, nascar, Seattle Seahawk football, and most of all watching his grandkids play sports and grow as people. His family will always remember that John never met a person that he didn’t like and he loved to strike up conversations with strangers.
John is survived by the love of his life Kathy and children JP Jones (Pollianna) Jerame Williams (Janelle), Jarred Jones (Shawna) Candy Ritchie and sister Bettie Robinson as well as many more loving family members that he dearly loved. He is preceded in death by his mother Pauline Klevjord, brother Robert Jones, sister Beverly Veja And sister Christine Klevjord.
Funeral service will be held July 6, 2022, 1pm at Ball and Dodd, 5100 W Wellesley Ave. Spokane WA with graveside following after at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, 211 N Government Way, Spokane WA. Reception held from 4pm-8pm at Snoops Tavern /The Venue, 6416 N Cincinnati St, Spokane, WA.
