JoAnn Marie Allard

JoAnn was 72 years old when she passed away on January 13, 2015 in Spokane, Washington. She was born on October 17, 1942 in Vallejo, California to Jane (Bagley) Lestage and William McClure. She graduated from Marycliff High School in 1961 and went on to pursue a career as a licensed practical nurse. On September 2, 1963 she married Dennis Allard. They were blessed with nine children and fourteen grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, father and sister, Margaret. She is survived by her six siblings, Greg, Edward, Diane, Mary, James and Paul; her children Louis Allard (Barry Thomas), Denise Croston (Dennis), Mary Chandler, Theresa Boles (Scott), Steven Allard, (Nicole), Dorothy Allard, Anthony Allard (Michelle), Christopher Allard and Patricia Knapp (Greg); and fourteen grandchildren. JoAnn enjoyed knitting and crocheting, crafting, movies, music, gardening and caring for her pets. Her true passion, however, was spending time with her children, grandchildren and the rest of her family and friends.
