Peltier, Francis J. – passed away November 24, 2013. Frank was born in Spokane, WA on January 15, 1941 to Jerome and LaVerle Peltier. Frank worked for our Washington Dept. of Transportation. He also served in the US Army. He loved reading and studying Western History, and visiting with his family and friends. He was a lifetime member of St. Paschal Church. Frank is survived by his brother, Charles (Ann) and sister, Joan Rheinschmidt. Frank was a loyal and loving family man, faithful to his many friends. He will be greatly missed. A Memorial Mass in his honor will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11am at St. Paschal Catholic Church, 2523 N. Park Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
