Edna May Anderson

Edna graduated from Rogers High School, had some additional training and began working at Fairchild AFB doing civil service work. She married Harry Anderson, and continued working at other retail jobs including working for her sister Laura and her husband at their ornamental iron shop.

Harry and Edna built their own cabin at Sacheen Lake and enjoyed fishing and spending time there. They enjoyed traveling in their trailer and made multiple trips across the county and to Alaska. Independent to the end, Edna enjoyed spending time in the garden keeping the weeds away from her favorite vegetables and loving on her roses!

The funeral service is scheduled on Monday, Dec. 6, 2021 at 12:30 pm at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA with a graveside following at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
