Daniel Ray Stark

Daniel Ray Stark passed away on September 10, 2017 at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dan was born in Spokane, Washington on April 14, 1952 to Ray and Donna Jean Stark. Dan attended Adams Elementary, Sacajawea Middle School and Joel E Ferris High School where he played on the varsity wrestling, football and track teams graduating in 1970.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors and was a longtime member, and past president, of the Inland Northwest Big Game Council. He also enjoyed attending Stark Family reunions in Minnesota where the many descendants of Amos and Hannah Stark come together every summer.

Dan is preceded in death by his parents, Ray Stark and Donna Jean Stark-Gummere. He is survived by his children: Erik (Tomi) Stark and Bre Stark along with six granddaughters, Chablis, Eliza, Isabelle, Alexis, Olivia and Liesel. He is also survived by his longtime companion Darlene Frazier and siblings Peggy (Tim) Dubois and Ron (Dixie) Stark.

There will be a remembrance in his honor on Saturday, December 23rd at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 1620 E 29th Spokane WA 99203.
