Im a little late in writing this but it is hard to put into  words what a dear friend that Cheryl was to me.  We met when we were neighbors in Federal Way and became lifelong friends.  My son Justin who was about 4 at the time  had wandered across the street and was propped up on their fence talking to Amanda and Sara. Even though we moved shortly thereafter we kept in touch and I consider Cheryl one of my best friends. She was a true friend who was genuine and kind and made sure that we kept in touch. We shared our love for our families, making cards and scrap booking, went to WW together, shared recipes  and  met for lunch or just to chat.  I went to Jimmy Mac's Roadhouse the other day and thought of Cheryl as it was one of our favorite places for lunch. I think of Cheryl with a smile in my heart as I   remember her laugh and friendship.... and I can say that I was blessed to have found such a good friend. I know someday I will meet up with Cheryl in heaven and it will be a great reunion. 

So sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing who I knew thru her daughter Amanda.  I didn't know Cheryl very well at all but I know she raised a wonderful daughter who also lites up a room when she walks in. God bless the family.  Famalia forever.  My heart breaks for you guys. 💜

I am a family friend. I grew up in elementary junior high and high school with her daughters which at one point we’re like my sisters. When I think of love and relationships I see Cheryl and mike together all then years & hope I can amount to that myself. Such a loving close caring family. Tight hugs to Sara Amanda &Mike may god bless there hearts and give them all the strength they need and more<3

My name is Aaron Webb.I only knew Cheryl in photos. But I sure know her husband Mike Ford. I think you get to know someone  the best when you work with him and that’s how I know  Mike ,bit of a hard ass didn’t like him at first…. but now I do we have much in common and that also tells me what kind of lady Cheryl was to put up with him. Sorry for your loss my friend , I feel like I’ve known you way more than, the years that we have known each other suggest wish you the best brother.

It is with a very heavy heart that I write these condolences to The Ford Family.

What a terrible thing it is to lose such a loving and caring soul in Cheryl.  The only thing that I can do to justify the loss of her life here on earth is that she must be a GREAT necessity in Heaven to help guide, teach and care for the souls in need.  

She was a terrific wife to Mike, a wonderful mother to both Sarah and Amanda and a doting grandmother.  She was a model daughter to Bob and Sue Lindsley, her parents, and a concerned, kind and loving cousin of mine.

Til I can no longer speak, she will always be Cheri (Shari) to me... I could not say Cheryl when she was born, so I renamed her to Cheri.  

We spent hours and hours together as kids playing horsie, hiking through the woods, riding my horse and plain just goofing off.  She was much like the sister that I never had... I even got into physical altercations when my neighborhood friends said bad things about her!  
We grew apart as teenagers, but once she and Mike settled down in Federal Way, Washington, we started having dinners together, and of course scrapbooking and card making!  (I was always so envious of her creations.)  
And as life happened... we sadly grew apart again.  BUT on the day of my mother's funeral in June of 2017, Cheryl was my shining light, she was able to confirm things that I remembered, but my mom was too far gone to ask.  Cheryl probably did not even know how much that meant to me!

I am so very grateful for reaching out and reconnecting with her this past summer.

Cheryl truly meant a lot to me through out each and every stage of life.  I'm sad for myself because we won't be able to share our Golden Years together.

May God watch over my cherished Cheryl.

Cheryl was such a beautiful person inside and out. I will always remember her gentle spirit and contagious smile.  She will be deeply missed. My deepest condolences to her family! My heart aches for all of you. May our Lord give you comfort and strength in the coming days.
