Rosenoff, Charlene Mae (Nelson), age 85, was born to Edward and Hazel (Shorthill) Nelson on April 27, 1925 in Livingston, MT and passed away at the family home in Spokane, WA on November 11, 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Kristi of Everett, WA; two sons, Jon of Spokane, WA and Bruce with his wife Julie of Spokane Valley, WA. She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas of Pasco, WA (1997), and by her husband, Charles (2006). Charlene graduated from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Spokane (1946). She was a resident of Pasco for over 30 years, moving to Spokane in 1980 following her retirement from nursing at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Charlene enjoyed her Lake Coeur d’Alene cabin during the summers, and spent several winters in California. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Childhood Cancer Org., PO Box 8031, Spokane, WA 99203. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in the Colonial Chapel at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd, with Chaplain Joe Luce officiating. Interment will follow at Pines Cemetery.
