Cecil Joseph Harmon (age 72) died unexpectedly on a Caribbean Cruise on February 23, 2016. Cecil was born in Springdale, WA on February 16, 1944. He was a steel building contractor for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert.
He is survived by his wife Judy, his son Todd, his daughter Jennifer (Patrick) Irwin, his sister Patricia Sulgrove, his sister Geraldine (Jack) Dvorak, his grandchildren Ethan, Nathan, and Emma along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Beloved by a countless number of friends and family, Cecil was known for his generosity and his caring nature. He loved his family, boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene and traveling.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday March 4th at 1:00 PM at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral home in Spokane Valley, 1306 N Pines Rd.rangements under the direction of Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home-Pines, Spokane, WA.
