Ronald Ervin Webber

In 1952 Ron enlisted in the Navy and was honorably discharged in 1954. After his discharge from the Navy, Ron attended Washington State University and graduated in 1958 with a degree in Business. He went to work for the state of Washington in the Spokane office of the Employment Security Department retiring in 1987.

Ron married Colleen Kettner on June 22, 1962 at Redeemer Lutheran Church. They were married for 53 years. Ron and Colleen had no children.

One of his hobbies was airplanes, he learned to fly with Vern Moss in 1945. He bought an airplane in 1975, then he bought a bigger one in 1980.

After Colleen’s death Ron lived at Guardian Angels assisted living facility in Liberty Lake and died there December 4, 2023 at the age of 93. The family thanks them and Gentiva Hospice for the excellent care they provided Ron.

Ron will be buried in Davenport besides his wife and parents.
