Pamela Darlene Higgins

Pamela was born on June 2, 1939 in St Maries, Idaho to Cecil and Geneva Smith. At a young age her family moved to Spokane, WA. She graduated from Rogers High School in 1957. After high school, Pamela worked with her dad Cecil at Garretts Freightliners.

Pamela met and then married the love of her life, Harold Higgins, on July 21, 1960. She became a stay-at-home mom after having her first child. They had 3 children together.

Pamela enjoyed gardening, reading and crocheting. Her three children, grandchildren and grand dog (Abby) were her pride and joy. Pamela's strong bond with her grandsons Nathan and Trevor was what kept her going.

Pamela is survived by her children Steve (Cynda) Higgins of Spokane Valley, Tracy Higgins of Spokane, and Tamara (Greg) Waggoner of Spokane Valley. Her grandsons Nathan and Trevor Waggoner of Spokane Valley, WA, along with three other grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Harold Higgins, her parents Cecil and Geneva Smith and her sister Starr Rikerd.

There will not be a funeral service per Pamela's wishes.
