Karen Almeda Hull passed away on March 21, 2022 of natural causes. She was born in Taber, Alberta, Canada on July 14, 1934. Her early years were spent in Western Canada and Idaho. She was 15 when she and her sister came to work on a farm near Cheney. Soon, two brothers and two sisters had a double wedding on December 6, 1949 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and quilting. She made over 100 hand-stitched quilts. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to gather with friends & family, and no matter how many came, there was always room for more in their little cottage in Spokane Valley. She will be greatly missed by family and all that knew her.
Karen was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Wayne Hull, along with one child and one grandchild. She is survived by 6 children, 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be on April 15th from 5-8 p.m. at the Hazen and Jaeger Funeral home in Spokane Valley. The funeral service will be held on April 16th at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 21022 E. Wellesley Avenue, Otis Orchards, Washington.
