It's hard to believe it's been a year since you passed on to a better place Aunt Judy--I'll always remember my visits to your place in Seaside. As a tourist w/ my buddy Scotty in tow and then, for my first Cmas as a Cali resident. How nice to be greeted by you & Byron almost as if we hung out every weekend...being handed a personal Cmas card by Serena & everything! There is a beauty in the way you chose your time, surrounded by loved ones, deciding that your suffering should end when you were good and ready. As in life, you had the last word!--Bless you Judy, Byron and family. You're missed.

You were like a mom to so many of us.  I will always remember being a kid and visiting your house.  the smell of good food in the air and funk music on the turn-table.  Some of my best memories are from that house in Seaside.  My god-mother, more like my second mother..  I love you judy and I am glad you got to meet my kids before you passed.. I am at a loss for words, but then again words can never explain the real pain the is felt or express the true love that we all have for you Aunt Judy! You will be greatly missed and leave an emptiness felt by all in our family and obviously far beyond....

We all loved Judy for many reason!  Her essence was pure love and it touched all of us in many diffrent ways.  Thank you for taking such good care of so many and especially Banjo, when Wendy moved to Hawaii. I learned how to make gooood egg salad because of you, but also learned how to serve because of you! Man, first off, you were like a second mom to me. You were the very few to tell me like it is, especially when I was acting like a brat. I know your in such a better place. To the Howard family...I am soo sorry to hear of Judy's passing.  Just seems like yesterday we were in the van heading to softball tournaments!  Her laughter will be remembered as long as I live.  May she rest in peace.
