William B. Onipenco

William B. Onipenco, 50, of Sparta, NJ passed away suddenly at his residence on February 28, 2012. Bill was born in Germany and came to the United States at the age of 5; living in Irvington, and Lake Telemark before moving to Sparta in 2005. Bill was a heavy equipment operator for many years until his permanent disability from an industrial accident in 2001. He was a member of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Club (B.A.S.S.), member of the Numismatic Society, and Bill was a member of Union #854 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He is survived by his beloved mother Therisa (nee Pfeiffer) Onipenco and his father Igor Onipenco; devoted son Damian J. Onipenco, loving daughter Danielle J. Onipenco; and Shadow Kitty; devoted sister Jan and her significant other Brian Smith. Bill is also survived by his beloved 4 legged nephew Angus. There was a gathering of friends for Bill on Sunday, March 5th, 2012 from 2-4pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ. 07871.
