Shirley A. Berkowicz

Shirley A. Berkowicz, 78, of Andover, NJ, passed away on February 7, 2013. Shirley was born in Passaic, NJ and lived in Totowa, NJ, Forest Lakes(Andover) NJ; Houston, TX and Clinton, TN. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Church in Sparta, NJ. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Julius Berkowicz. Shirley is survived by her devoted children: Chris Berkowicz of Sparta, Carol Berkowicz Campanile and her husband Vincent of Andover, Ellen Berkowicz of Clinton, TN and Bruce Berkowicz and his wife Barbara of Lake Hiawatha, NJ. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: David Berkowicz and his wife Carissa and Jennifer Sinnott and her husband Raymond; loving great grandchildren: Saige and Joel Berkowicz and Eamon and Veier Sinnott, and sister Barbara DeGroot and her husband Charles and sister Joan Branson. Friends may call Monday, February 11, 2013 from 2-4, 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held 11am Tuesday at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave., Sparta. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association
