Robert Martin Moyle

Robert Martin Moyle, 75, of Sparta, NJ died on December 21, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Carbondale PA and was a resident of Sparta for 42 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for PSE&G for 18 years in Linden, NJ and retired from Picatinny Arsenal after 18 years. Bob was a member of the Sparta Elks and the American Legion in Sparta. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and dog owner. Bob is predeceased by his father John and his mother Margaret, and 4 brothers and 5 sisters. He is survived by his beloved wife Joan (nee LeStrange) Moyle; devoted children: Ann Marie Moyle of Morristown; William Moyle and his wife Jennifer of Sparta, Mary Ellen Moyle of Sparta; Kathleen Moyle Craig and her husband Jason of Sparta. Loving grandfather of Billy and Emma Moyle and Grace and Devin Craig; brother of Catherine Wyllie of Nutley; brother-in-law to many and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 2-4, 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held at 11am Friday at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave., Sparta, NJ.
