Sparta, NJ.- Robert T. Cunningham died on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice in Fredon, NJ. He was 79. Robert was born in Glen Cove, LI NY., to George Y. and Margaret (Hyslop) Cunningham. He has resided in Sparta since 1984 and previously lived in Melville, NY. Robert had been employed as a market research manager for six years with the Thomas J. Lipton Company and formerly had worked for the Nabisco Company from 1980 until 1987, and Lifesavers from 1968 until 1980. Robert is predeceased by his wife Patricia in 2015.
Surviving him are two sons, Douglas J. (Naomi) and Robert D. (Kristine) Cunningham, and a grandson Braeden Cunningham. Family and friends are invited Wednesday May 31, from 4~8 pm to Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ 07871. See: goblefuneral.com.
