John C. Alberts, Jr, known as Chris, son of Ellen and John C. Alberts, Sr, passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2024, after a brief illness. Chris was born on June 11, 1948 in Jersey City, NJ. He attended Ramsey High School and graduated from the University of South Carolina. Chris spent most of his life in northern CA and Ramsey, NJ. He was employed in banking, sales and insurance.
We hold fond memories of his quick sense of humor, devotion to his father during his final years, as well as his many wonderful friendships, (some dating back to RHS) and his generosity of heart to both family and friends.
Chris leaves behind his sisters, Suellen Shea (John), Patricia Langa, Ginny Nowell (Dan), nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear neighbors Elsie and Ingrid Watkins.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother in law Don Langa and nephew Stephen Shea.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the future.
