Janet Marshall

Born Janet Marie Sharp on April 24,1940 in Norwich, NY. She lived most of her life in Little Falls, NJ before moving to Sparta in 1986. She was married to Francis (Frank) Marshall III for 21 years until his death in 1981. Janet was last employed by Tradeshow Technologies, Inc. as an Office Assistant before she retired at the age 79.

She is predeceased by her only brother Jerry Sharp in Dec. 2020.

Janet is survived by her daughters Cynthia DalliCardillo (Michael), Laura Kish (Stephen), her five grand-children; Samantha Stasny (William), Ashley DalliCardillo, Jennifer DalliCardillo, Jared Kish and Victoria Kish and 1 great-grandchild, William Stasny III. She also leaves behind her very dear nephew Scott Sharp and his wife Gina of Jefferson, NJ, many nieces and nephews, her brother-in Law William Marshall and wife Dolores and sister in law Gloria Sharp. Janet also shared a very special bond with Vincenza (Vinnie) DalliCardillo.

Janet was a very selfless, sweet and caring woman with a flare to be strong-willed. She was most fulfilled when spending time with her family, from the annual Christmas holiday getaways, birthday celebrations and Sunday dinners. Janet was an avid reader, loved to travel and attend Broadway Shows. She was a classy woman with style. Always making sure her hair, nails and outfit were perfect!

Janet leaves behind countless fond memories with her family, life on Donato Dr. before moving to Sparta in 1986 as well as with her dear friends Jack & Jocelyn Farley.

Visitation for Janet will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A prayer service will be held 10:30AM Monday, February 19th at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Rd., Totowa, NJ 07512.
