Dorothy E. LaConti

Dorothy E. LaConti, 82, of Sparta passed away on August 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lyons, NY and lived in Franklin before moving to Sparta 15 years ago. Dorothy worked as a bookkeeper for many years and lastly she worked with her son at Lyndsay Michael’s Photography in Dover, NJ. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael W. LaConti. Dorothy is survived by her loving children: Michelle Slockbower and her husband Eric; Elisa McKeon and her husband Lawrence and Michael LaConti and his wife Brenda; devoted grandchildren: Annemarie, Jamie, Laura, Kelly, Scherry, Lawrence Jr and Lyndsay; sister Helen Campbell and 6 great grandchildren. Friends may call Thursday, September 3, 2015, from 2-4, 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held at 10am Friday at St. Jude The Apostle Church, Hamburg. Interment will follow at Clove Cemetery, Sussex.
