Linda Howard Wrenn

Mrs. Wrenn was born June 9, 1944 in Guilford County, daughter of the late Ruben Thomas Howard and Palistine Butler Howard. She worked as a bookkeeper in the healthcare industry for many years. Mrs. Wrenn was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Payne and Nancy Higgins.

Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Reverend Bill Wrenn of Southport; son, Timothy Mark Wrenn and wife Lisa Capps Wrenn of Boiling Spring Lakes; sister, Norma Wyrick of Greensboro; three grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Byrd, Kelleigh Michele Wrenn, and Lindsay Jordan Hummel; and four great grandchildren, Lindleigh Byrd, Emily Byrd, James Byrd, and Daniel Luke Hummell.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 at Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Jeff Saggus officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund, 1628 N. Howe Street, Southport, North Carolina 28461.
