Joyce Ann Britt, 61, of Southport passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Novant Brunswick Medical Center.
Joyce was born February 27, 1956, daughter of the late Joseph Britt Sr. and Alice Blades Britt. She enjoyed thrift store shopping and singing gospel music. In her younger years, Joyce was a member of a gospel group that loved sharing the gospel through music. She loved the Lord and showed that through her singing.
Survivors include her daughter, Melanie Beck and fiancé Brian Lukas; brothers, Aaron Britt, Curtis Britt, and Tommy Britt; sister Judy Mabe; and two grandchildren, Jacob Beck and Casey Beck.
A memorial service will be 2pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel in Southport.
