Ellenor Margaret "Ellie" Otto, age 91, of Southport, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Mrs. Otto was born November 6, 1931 in Queens, New York, daughter of the late Carl and Mary Elizabeth Grabher. She went to St. Fidelis Catholic Church School in Queens. Ellie worked at Modern Record Albums, making record covers as well as babysitting for many years in Queens.
She is survived by her sons, Fred Otto and wife Gerry and Doug Otto; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Ellie was preceded in death by her husband, Doug Otto; a son, Jimmy Otto; and twelve brothers and sisters.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
