He was born on Sept. 21, 1947 in Southington, the son of the late Francis and Anna (Maiorano) Tully.
Billy worked as a mason for many years. He also enjoyed planting and taking care of flowers at St. Thomas Cemetery. He was a member of the Sons of Italy.
He is survived by a brother Richard Tully of Southington, a sister-in-law Patricia Tully and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings Francis Tully, John Tully, Florence Kiewra, Jean Beharry, Patricia Lepore and Kathy Tully.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, November 4, 2022 at St. Thomas Cemetery.
