Viola Martin

She was born April 9, 1923 in Southington, the daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (Pepe) Longo.

She is survived by her daughter Jayne Morowitz and her husband Joshua of Easley, SC, her grandchildren, Kristopher Kusmierz, Jeremy Morowitz and Jessica Clauson, her great grandchild Thomas Kusmierz and a special friend Donald Flaherty. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her 9 brothers and sisters, Rose Landrette, William Longo, Louis Longo, John Longo, Anna Guidry, Michael Longo, Frank Longo, Margaret Maynard and Helen Mucha.

The Funeral Mass will be held Monday 10 a.m. at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd, Southington. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. There are no calling hours. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. is handling arrangements.
