I’m so sorry to hear that Tracy has passed. I knew him as a baby and toddler and then many many years later he came to the Burlington Library to get a library card and we reconnected. He was a wonderful person, very sweet and kindhearted. My condolences.

To Tracy's wife, daughters, grand-children, family and friends my sincerest condolences for your loss. 
I worked with Tracy for the past 19 years with MPA (formerly PWPS). He was one of the first few employees I interacted with. I was a "green behind the ears, his words" AutoCAD drafter at the time and Tracy after some signature heckling and humor took me under his wing. I learn a lot from him professionally and probably even more personally. 

Aside from our weekly or semi-monthly phone calls they eventually became to ensure that each of us had the adaquate affectionally "verbal abuse".  Tracy was one heck of a nice guy. Always there when someone needed to talk,  just shoot the breeze, talk about movies and shows and family.
My fondest memory of Tracy was the one and only time I came up to Connecticut on a business trip. We had been in contact for a few days prior discussing travel arrangements. He told me to let me know when I was in town so we could catch up. So day comes for arrival and I was going to have to wait a couple hours for my colleague to arrive that was travel up as well. So I ring up Tracy just to pass some time from the airport. After hearing I would have a couple hours to wait for my colleague and my ride, he said "Guy absolutely not, I'll see you shortly." So he picked me up from the airport and said "No way I'm letting you hang around the airport for hours, let's get some lunch". He took me to what he told me was a favorite seafood restaurant of his. We had a great chat and of course great seafood since "it's better up there". As if lunch wasn't enough, Tracy drove me to the office which at the time was in East Hartford and insisted on introducing me to everyone in the office. That memory embodies literally everything about Tracy. He was a good friend and colleague in that order. Would probably do anything for anyone, but especially his friends.
Rest in peace, my friend, Mr Lincoln. Until we meet again, your memory will live on.

We loved Uncle Tracy, and were so thankful to get reconnected these past few years.  His Facebook posts kept us emailing… and we adored his nickname for his wife (“she who must be obeyed”).  So sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear of Tracy's passing.
Decades ago, in te 60'a & 70's, I lived 4 houses & a hayfield away, now offices & the very large church, from his home on Farmingon Ave. in Farmington, across from Winding Trails.
I was a bit older than him, but with another neighbor, I occasionally visited, mostly Tracy's father, but his mom & sister, Jennifer were there, too.
For some reason, I remember Tracy running around the house  (remember, he was very young back then) in diapers.
I mentioned that to him after we  (re)connected on Facebook.
 Over the years, we didn't communicate, & he probably didn't really remember me too well, if at all, but we talked about another former neighbor that he did know, so we made friends that way.

Tracy one of the best sons-in-law we could ask for.  Always there to lend a hand when we needed it.  I remember one time Patty and Tracy were on their way to the Cape and I called and said I just took dad to the hospital and they turned around and stayed with me at the hospital.  Forever grateful. Whenever he was on his way home from work he would call and ask bread or milk and what's for dinner.  Of course we didn't need it and he never stopped.  He always had a joke for Ed and between the two of them I don't know who had the better ones.  The last thing Tracy said to me was "Joyce" it's Dec. Nut Cup Time.  Oh how he loved them but I don't know how many he got as Patty had her hand in the cookie jar.  Rest in peace my friend.  Love you.

Tracy was a great guy enjoyed high school with him. My condolences to his family.

I shared this picture of me from 1978 standing next to my vehicle because this is when Tracy was dating my sister Monique in high school.
So when Tracy would come over our families house back then  and when I wasn’t home he would park in my spot in the driveway. This use to drive me crazy 🤪 to come home and find Tracy parked in my spot so I let Tracy know in no certain terms was he allowed to park in my spot.
Tracy then honored my wishes when he visited however we never forgot through the years about Tracy parking in my spot. Tracy and I became very close friends through the years and through FB we kept in touch. Tracy and I  would always kid each other about how I told him not to park in my spot 50 plus years ago.
Even until just a few months ago I told Tracy he could come visit me here  in P.A. however I jokingly told Tracy if he came to visit there was going to be trouble if he parked in my spot. 
We would laugh and there were times throughout the years when Tracy would comment and I remember one time Tracy told me that if I came to visit him he would have a parking spot reserved just for me  !!! LOL
The bottom line is this. Tracy loved to laugh and make everyone around him feel better about themselves. Tracy showed such a deep love for his wife and family like unfortunately you  don’t see from others that often and Tracy was just a all around great person which I will deeply miss. 
I would like Tracy’s wife and family to know that I’m here in P.A. praying for them because this world is just a little sadder from Tracy’s passing and he will be missed by many.

Sure missing the memes and content of his almost daily posts, and the awesome birthday wishes. Certainly  helped keep me informed of things, while  caregiver to my husband.  Like a beacon of light.  Kind soul, I have no doubt he will be richly rewarded in heaven.

Haven’t seen Tracy (in person) for many years, but always loved his positive and loving outlook on life. He had reached out to me almost 20 years ago on Facebook thinking I was related to someone else. I confirmed my identity and reminded him he was my square dance partner at Noah Wallace - many other memories in High School too. His sense of humor and love for his family was always evident in his sharing on social.. Sending much love and prayers to his wife (swmbo <3) and family.

Tracy was one of my dearest friends.  His heart was the size of Texas.  Tracy never knew a stranger, he was loved by everyone who knew him.
His kindness towards others and the ability to make you laugh or to comfort you when you were sad, were a true gift.  I will cherish Tracy's friendship forever.
