Stanley R. Malczynski

Southington- Stanley R. "Stas" Malczynski, 58, died Tuesday April, 24, 2007 in Meriden. Born in Germany on May 7, 1948 son of the late Roch and Genovefa (Urbanski) Malczynski. He came to the United States as a child and was raised in Meriden. He was a US Marine Corps. Veteran of the Vietnam War. He had been employed most of his life as a carpenter and tile floor installer. He has been a resident of Southington for over 35 years and a member of the Sons of Italy. He is survived by a daughter Kathy Malczynski, and a son John Malczynski both of Southington, a granddaughter Kaitlynn Malczynski- Griffin. He is also survived by his former spouse for 35 years Rosemary (Feola) Malczynski, a brother Zbignew Malczynski of Meriden, and a sister Mary Jablonski of Newington. Graveside services with military honors will be held Thursday 12 noon at St. Thomas Cemetery. There are No calling hours. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. Southington, CT is in charge of the arrangements.
