Rose Marie Quici

Rose Marie Quici, age 82, of Plantsville, Connecticut passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025. Rose was born October 8th, 1942, in Waterbury, CT., a daughter of the late John and Mary (Iovine) Quici. She was a graduate of Wilby High School, class of 1960.

Rose was a Purchasing Agent for various manufacturing companies throughout her life. She enjoyed volunteering in her free time at Bread for Life, Southington Care, and Bradley Memorial Gift Shop. She adored her beloved dog, Gracie.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Pam and Andy Alexopoulos of Long Island, brother-in-law Robert Dorau of Southington, nieces and nephews Steve and Nora Dorau, Robert and Gloria Dorau, Dave and Mary Dorau of Southington, Lynn and Joe Calerale, Steve and Tammy Alexopoulos, Stacey and Brian Patanjo of Long Island. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Antonette Dorau.

A visitation for Rose will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Aloysius Church - St. Luke Parish, 254 Burritt St, Plantsville. Please meet directly at church. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery.
