Southington- Peter Russo, 59, formerly of Bristol, died Friday, October 26,2007.
He was born in Southington on October 21, 1948 the son of the late Gene and Julia (Feola) Russo. Peter had served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed prior to his illness by the U.S Postal Service in Simsbury.
He is survived by his sisters MaryAnn Russo and Geri Russo both of Plantsville, his special loving friend Ginny Butler, and several aunts uncles and cousins.
Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
