Peter F. Palmieri, 64 of Little River, SC and formerly of Southington, passed away suddenly at his home on September 8, 2022. Peter was born in Southington on October 03, 1957 and was the son of Marjorie (Daniewicz) Palmieri and the late Albert J. Palmieri Sr. Peter truly loved the sunny outdoors, where he could be found fishing, hanging out at the beach, and boating. He loved to ride his motorcycle and work on cars. His heart though, truly belonged to his Great Danes which he had several over the years. Besides his mother, Peter is survived by his brother, Frank Palmieri and his wife Linda of Southington, and his sister, Marjorie Cusano and Papi Garrido of Hartford, his long time friend, Brenda Laperuta and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Albert J. Palmieri Jr. and his nephew, Albert J. Conaty. A funeral home service for Peter will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 10:30 AM in the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington, CT 06489. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours for Peter will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
