Patricia J. LaPlante

Born in Waterbury on August 8, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Sitar) Morrison. She raised her family in Wolcott where she lived for most of her life. She loved all animals especially her many pets. She liked to attend Mass at the Lourdes in Litchfield Shrine, socialize with friends and going to the beach especially on Cape Cod.

She is survived by three daughters Dawn and her husband Robert Mann of Hamden, Loraine and her husband Glenn Morrone of New Hartford, and Karen Massaro of New Britain. She also leaves two grandchildren, Johnny Morrone of New Hartford, Austin Massaro of Bristol and a brother Donald Morrison of FL.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday, January 24, 2011 at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Visit www.dellavecchiafh.com for online condolences and directions.
