Born January 29, 1924 in Southington. She was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Johnson) Wickman.
Mildred was a Veteran of WWII serving in the US Navy. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and taught Sunday school there.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Marie and Heidi and several grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Curtis and a daughter Tammy.
A graveside service will be held on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at South End Cemetery, South End Rd., Southington. There are no calling hours. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington is assisting the family with the arrangments.
