Born in Woonsocket, RI on March 3, 1916, she was the last living of the seven children of Napolean and Louise (Belliveau) Roberge. She lived most of her life in Waterbury and worked for Chase Manufacturing and the Bristol Company. She was an active parishioner of St. Anne Church and a member of the ladies of St. Anne, Sr. Yvonnes?s Workshop and the South Waterbury Seniors. She was best known by her middle name Lillian, very proud to be an American and loved the American Flag.
Lillian is survived by several generations of nieces and nephews including Normand and his wife Elaine Chouinard of Naugatuck, Denise and her husband David Fritchey of Morrisville, PA, Leo and his wife Kathy Chouinard of Lincoln, Neb., Jay Anstee of Haverton, PA, John Roberge of Waterbury, Doris Roberts of Wolcott, and Joyce Valentine of Bradenton, FL. She was predeceased by a niece Lillian Anstee.
Funeral will be Saturday 9 AM from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott to the Shrine of St. Anne for a Mass at 10 AM. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Calling hour Saturday morning from 8:30 AM until the departure of the procession.
