John Breault

Born on May 10, 1917. in Three Rivers, Canada, the son of the late Joseph Breault and Emma (Lamonth) Page. He retired from Plainville Special Tool in 1971. Jack was an avid golfer and was a member of Pine Valley Country Club for many years. He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church.

He is survived by his loving children, Sandra Breault and her finance Paul Giannini of Plainville and Teddy Douglas and her husband Bob of Bristol, 2 treasured grandsons Art Sparky D'Agostino Jr. and wife Michelle and Bobby Douglas and wife Tricia. 2 great- grandchildren Andrew John D'Agostino and Heidi Donaldson, a brother, Joseph Breault and wife Joan of CA, a sister Shirley Breault of Terryville, a sister in law Bobbi Breault of CA, several nieces and nephews including Matthew and Philip Kopcza. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Robert, Julius and 2 sisters Margaret and Frances.

The funeral will be held on Monday at 8:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to Immaculate Conception Church at 9 a.m.

Burial will be at Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 5-7 p.m.

The family would like to thank Dr. Prezioso and the staff at General Medical Practice and also the staff at the Summit for their loving care and support.
