Henry Joseph Sabatella

He was born in Southington on March 23, 1923, the son of the late Joseph and Rose (Terino) Sabatella. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Stanley Tools in New Britain.

Henry is survived by his daughter Judith LeFay and husband Michael of Southington, three loving and devoted grandchildren, Rachel and husband Mark Simone of Bristol, Lauren LeFay and Michelle LeFay both of Southington, 2 great grandchildren Kiley and Kenzie Simone, who adored their Papa and held a special place in his heart. He is also survived by a brother Joseph and wife Lorraine Sabatella of FL, a sister-in-law Carline Sabatella of RI and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother Robert Sabatella

The funeral will be held on Thursday September 11 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Church 99 Bristol St. in Southington. Burial with military honors will be presented in St. Thomas Cemetery There are no calling hours. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
