She was born in New Britain on January 24, 1926, the daughter of the late Peter and Eva Czarna.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Michael and her adorable daughter Darlene. You would often see Emily and Darlene walking all over town. Walking was their passion.
Emily was also predeceased by her brothers, John and Stanley and her two sisters, Mary and Sophie. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and burial will be private due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A Mass will be held at a later date. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
