Donna Marie (Davis) LaCells

Donna Marie (Davis) LaCells, age 79, of Southington, Connecticut passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Hospital of Central CT, New Britain Campus. She was the beloved wife of the late William "Bill" LaCells. Donna was born in Manchester, Connecticut on March 8, 1945 to the late George and Emma (Piantanida) Davis.

Donna graduated from UCONN with a bachelor's degree in english and had a long career as a human resources administrator retiring from CRI. In her free time she enjoyed such things as cross stitch, painting, poetry and reading.

Donna is survived by her daughter & son in law Diane Lamb (Chris); and her son and his significant other Randy LaCells (Deborah Dube); as well as her granddaughter Sarah Lamb. She also leaves behind her beloved grand-dogs Lucy and Bailey.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother George Davis.

A visitation for Donna will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 10am-12pm at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Southington, CT 06489.

Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
