Claire Lorraine Renna

She was the wife of the late Joseph Renna.

She was born in Waterbury on May 15, 1938 the daughter of the late Leo and Edesse (Melanson) Chasse.

Mrs. Renna graduated from Catholic High School and worked as secretary for American Brass and Notre Dame Academy. She enjoyed spending time with her three grandchildren, she also enjoyed doing needlepoint and other crafts. She was a communicate of Mary Our Queen Church.

She is survived by a son Mark Joseph Renna and his wife Joanne, and their daughter Michelle of Prospect, a daughter Theresa Marie Titor and her husband Michael, and their two children Matthew and Kayleigh, all of Bristol, a sister Jean Saulnier of New Rochelle, NY, she also leaves two nephews, Paul and Kevin Saulnier of New Rochelle, NY

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at Mary Our Queen Church, 248 Savage St. Plantsville. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Della Vecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
