Lillian “Dolly” Schneider of Southampton PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 25,2022. Dolly was 90. She was the youngest of three girls to the late Gottlob and Marie Bauknecht and was preceded in death by her sister Marie Reichert and her husband George.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a graduate of Olney High School and a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Southampton. Dolly enjoyed gardening and baking. Her true passion was sewing. Dolly was a phenomenal dressmaker and quilter. She was a teacher of her craft.
She is survived by her husband Adolph P. Schneider of 66 years, and her three daughters, Barbara (Patrick) Sharp, Lori (Jeff) Lewis, Lisa (Steve) Rivers, 8 grandchildren Kristin, Meghan, Andrew, Matthew, Katelyn, Alyson, Kristofer and Eric, 8 adoring great grandchildren, and her sister Gertrude Mannherz and her husband Elmer.
Visitation is at 10:00 AM followed by a service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 5,2022 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 877 Street Road, Southampton PA.
