Arnulfo dejó a su esposa, Margarita Vargas; su hijo Javier Vargas; su hijo Oscar Vargas; su hija Aurelia Oropeza; su hija Marcela Hernandez; su hijo Roberto Vargas; su hijo Jorge Vargas; su hijo Nestor Vargas; su hijo Freddy Vargas y su hija Lupita Moreno; y a su nieto Massiel Vargas.

La visitación para Arnulfo se realizará el martes, 10 de enero del 2023 desde las 10:00 a. m. hasta las 12:45 p. m. en Hosanna Apostolic Church, 2343 E. El Segundo Blvd, Compton, CA 90222.

Luego de la visitación, se realizará el sepelio en Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601.
