Wayne F. "Corky" Robinson, Jr., 59, of Bridgeport, passed away Wednesday November 7, 2012 at home. Born in Syracuse to Wayne and Gloria (Albino) Robinson, he was a graduate of Solvay HS and Onondaga Community College. He was employed by New Process Gear for 30 years before retiring as a millwright in 2008. Wayne was a member of the local UAW 624 and he was an avid motorcyclist, snowmobiler and antique car buff.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Ginnine and Christopher Ranalli, of Camillus, twin granddaughters; Giada Rose and Reece Harper, a sister; Lois (Eric) Pierce, of Westvale, 2 brothers; Douglas (Nancy), of Lakeland and Robbi, of Cicero, 3 nieces; Nicole (Sean) Goodeve, Natalie Robinson and Elise (David) Glinski, 2 aunts; Rose Eason and Carmella DeStafan, an uncle; Anthony Albino, and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 am Monday November 12th at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, Solvay. Burial will follow in Roosevelt Cemetery, Pennellville. Calling hours are from 1 to 4 pm Sunday November 11th, at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Avenue.
