Harry T. Kolceski, 70, of Sandy Pond, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Upstate University Hospital. He was born in Syracuse to the late Edward J., Sr. and Ellen (Archer) Kolceski. Harry worked as a crane operator for Crucible Steel before retiring in 2004. He belonged to the Sandy Pond Sportsman Association, Moose Lodge, and was an auxiliary member of the VFW Post #7289. Harry was an avid hunter, fisherman and overall outdoorsman. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Kruger) in 2003.
He is survived by his longtime companion; Karen Levandowski, of Lakeland, brother; Edward J. Kolceski, Jr., of Camillus, step-daughter Susan (Bill) Dwyer, of Liverpool, step-grandson; Ronnie O’Brien, of Sandy Pond, 2 nieces; Robin Cammuso and Kelly Major of Baldwinsville, and many relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10:00 am at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus.
Family and friends may call Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 5 to 7 pm at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave.
