Ann Marie Cowher, 57, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she was attended Assumption Catholic High School. Ann Marie was an avid SU and Oakland Raiders fan. Most of all, she loved her two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Edith (Merrihew) Wirth in 1982.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Ernest Cowher, Jr., a daughter; Jennifer (Greg) Faulk, of TX, a step son; John (Jacqueline) Cowher, of Fulton, 2 grandchildren; Justin Faulk and John Cowher, Jr., her father; John Wirth, Sr., of Syracuse, 2 sisters; Darlene Peck, of Baldwinsville and Mary Jane Berube, of Syracuse, 1 brother; John Wirth, Jr., of Jamesville, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9:45 am Friday in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, Solvay, and 10:30 am at Assumption Church, 812 N. Salina St., Syracuse, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Avenue.
