Roy was born on July 5, 1954 in Everett, WA and lived in Lake Stevens most of his life. Roy served in the Army from 1975-1978. He worked for Keller Construction building houses in the 80s and 90s.
Roy loved fishing, hunting, and being on the river spending time with his Step-Father (Gary Hoover). He also loved Nascar racing and football.
Roy is survived by his sister Lavern Moin and brother Robert Queen; daughters, Angelia, Mary, Jessica, and Nichole; grandkids, aunts, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Roy was predeceased by parents Mary Queen (Hoover) and Wayne Queen; as well as his son Roy Boy Queen.
A graveside service will be held on April 30, 2025 at Machias Community Cemetery in Lake Stevens. Celebration of Life will be later in the summer.
