Harlin Dean Keil

Harlin Dean Keil of Lake Stevens WA. died peacefully, at Bethany of Silver Lake, on October 15, 2022. He was born in Huron S.D in June of 1940 to Leonard and Athalie Keil. They moved to Lake Stevens area in 1941. He retired from Safeway after 40 years.

Harlin was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Snohomish, where he served as an usher for several years. He was a member of Marysville Gun Club and Snohomish Valley Muzzle Loaders, Whirlybird Square Dance Club and the Everett Friendship Club. Harlin enjoyed the shooting matches, watching hummingbirds, growing tomatoes, watching mariner Baseball and going for car rides with his friend Carl.

Harlin was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Athalie, brother Don and Nephew Brian. He is survived by nephews Mitch and Darren, sister in law Donna, many cousins, great nieces and nephews and many friends. Graveside service will be held at Machias Cemetery on Saturday October 29th at 10 am. Funeral services will be held at 11 am at Zion Lutheran church, 329 Ave A Snohomish with reception in social hall immediately after.
