Daniel Lane White

April 12th, 1960 - April 2nd, 2018

Dan is survived by his wife of 30 years Marie, his children, Jessica Bailey (Rashi) Jason White (Jessica), Kerri Willis (Craig), Kristi Webb, and Kelly Thurman. His siblings are Ray, Art (Cateland), Al, and Don (Kandis) White. Grandchildren Mishala Alcaide, Aiden Alcaide, Demetrius Bailey, Sean White, Caleb Webb, Isabella (Boo) Webb, Victoria Willis and Madeline Willis and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dan was a loving caring son, husband, father, brother and friend. Dan loved to show his children and grandchildren how to fish and pan for gold. Dan would take his grandchildren camping and bring out his harmonica and play songs with the kids. Dan's favorite sport team was the Seattle Seahawks. He loved the outdoors but in his spare time he loved to read and do crossword puzzles.

Dan worked hard at everything he set his mind to. He graduated from Cascade High School in 1978, he worked for the Everett School District for over 15 years. Dan was the caretaker for the Silverton Educational Camp ground a job and a place he loved the most. He also was the lead forklift driver at Miller Shingle. Dan worked very hard to provide for his family. He traveled much of the Pacific Northwest going as far east as Montana; although he lived in Oregon and Idaho he heart was in Washington. He will be missed by many. Dan wanted to be cremated upon his passing and there will be a memorial service held outdoors at Camp Silverton at a later date.
